In this exercise I was able to build a regular New York City apartment style that has certain features. The depth, height and width of the building can be adjusted to desired size with accurate window numbers.
In advance to minimum requirement, the building can be multiplied on each side and become a street of buildings. This was done by using a copy node.
The scattering parameter allows the user to have multiple buildings randomly placed on the ground. This instancing feature is the basics of creating a small neighborhood in the scene.
